Description of Round Biscuit / Candy/ Tea/ Coffee Tin Can Body Making Machine
This locking seam machine is used to make biscuit / ocoffee bean/ tea can. It automatically achieves these functions: Blank Feeding, Notching, Pre-Curling, Pre-Flanging, Folding, Top Clamp Fixing, Curling and Flanging, lock seaming. It intergrates those functions to save at least 4 labors and less power consumption.
By changing tooling, it can make different sizes of tinplate cans.
PlC and HMI for easy adjustment.
Fault self-diagnosis system protects machine from damage.

4. Installation and commissioning
Before installation,we will provide machine layout drawing with dimensions, total power, single power, power interface, water &air input and output position, total water consumption. After the machines arrived and have taken seat,you must connect the water and electric and air into the machines, then we shall send 1-2 technicians to install the production line.
