Product Introduction

 

This line is improved & upgraded, based on the current pail line. The speed can reach 45cpm above.It uses single motor control for height adjustment at flanging, seaming, pre-curling, curling & push up part, making it more convenient. The seaming machine uses continuous two-stage lid feeding, to make it more efficient. Every station adds much more humanized improvements, (like expanding adjustment by electric,breakpoint memory function.) Fitting with original Germany-imported Siemens Motion Control System (bus-control system ), it makes the line more synchronized & reduces the mechanical impact. Meanwhile, it achieves efficient production & make the machines more durable.
