The semi-automatic rectangular can top handle spot welder is a device specially designed for welding handles onto rectangular can tops. The machine is equipped with two automatic tremblers for welding ear lugs and handles. It is suitable for rectangular can tops with sizes ranging from 1-5L and square can tops with sizes ranging from 10-18L.
The maximum speed of the equipment is about 20EPM. It is equipped with high-quality electronic and pneumatic components such as Omron PLC, Weinview touch panel, Inovance servo motor, Omron and Schneider electronics, and Airtac pneumatics. These components ensure high precision and stability of the equipment, thus achieving high-quality welding results.

4. Installation and commissioning
Before installation,we will provide machine layout drawing with dimensions, total power, single power, power interface, water &air input and output position, total water consumption. After the machines arrived and have taken seat,you must connect the water and electric and air into the machines, then we shall send 1-2 technicians to install the production line.
